Vector Security - Beaumont, TX

I would like to give a major shout out to Ray and Kole from the vector Beaumont site, who completed an access control installation today. These guys killed it!!! They are masters of their craft and everything was flawless! These guys are pros at what they do and followed through on every single detail! It’s so refreshing working with real talent. Today, I officially moved into my new home and I was so surprised to be welcomed immediately by Vector Security, specifically Robert Garcia. Personally, I am a planner and love to get a jump start on things. I had “set up security” on my home to-do list, but was going to get to it later on, so Robert reaching out as quick as he did was very much appreciated. Upon speaking with Robert, I jumped at Vector Security’s offer/security package. He was very knowledgeable about the security package/what it entails, which made me trust the company as a whole. I look forward to being a client with Vector Security, as they care about their clients/their clients home.

The sales rep pretty much cornered me in my garage when we first met. He insisted on speaking to the "man of the house" even though I am the home owner. Initial set up was fine, but our cameras were not connected to our wifi since that wasn't set up. It has been nearly 3 months, and our cameras are still not set up. We have had 3 alarm triggers that seemed like false alarms. Who knows, though, because nobody comes to the arranged appointments to hook up the cameras to the wifi. When we talk to the service reps on the phone, they can't tell us where the alarm trigger occurred, and did not cancel the dispatching of police even upon request. Now, we have fines from the police department because they were dispatched to these "false alarms." The 3rd time we set up an appointment to get our cameras hooked up, the technician missed the appointment...again, and called us while we were eating dinner to ask if he could come by our home after dark. Ultimately, the equipment is nice, but that's all I can say until I know if it works well. I wonder how much longer we will have to wait for our services to be completed.
